摘要： 通过对优势学科抽样调查、简单数据分析后发现，团队建设对学科建设的显著性水平较高，这将成为未来学科建设的关键要素。文章以江苏省优势学科报告数据为例分析了学科中的团队建设。

Abstract: Based on the sample surveying on the advantages of disciplines and simple data analysis, it is found that team building significant level of discipline construction is high, which will become the key factors of discipline construction in the future. Taking the data of the preponderant discipline reports as examples, this paper analyses the team building in the discipline.
