摘要： 文章对涉及再生聚酯短纤维领域的国内相关专利进行了收集，对再生聚酯短纤维专利申请情况、制备技术进行了分析，为进一步拓宽技术创新思路和构建专利保护体系提供参考信息。

Abstract: In the paper,the domestic patents concerns regenerated polyester staple fibe area were collected. Preparation technology and patent application for regenerated polyester staple fiber were analyzed in detail ,to provide reference information for further broaden the ideas of technology innovation and set up a system of patent protection.
