摘要： 文章分析了洪泽湖采砂管理的现状，研究了洪泽湖釆砂管理的难点，并提出了解决问题的对策。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the present situation of sand mining management in Hongze lake ,study on the difficulties of sand mining management in Hongze Lake ,and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.
