摘要： 文章阐述了标杆管理的发展背景、意义，指出标杆管理中存在的指标选取不够系统、指标的分析与利用不足、缺乏专业人才与专门知识等问题，并详述标杆管理的具体实施过程，以期指导企业标杆管理的实施。

Abstract: This paper expounds the development background and significance of benchmarking management ,points out the problems in the implementations ,including indexes selection lack systemic ,inadequate analysis and use of indexes and lack of professional talents and expertise ,and details specific implementation process ,to have a certain guiding role in the implementation of the enterprise benchmarking process.
