摘要： 当前资源、能源严重浪费的现象,边角废料、锅炉的污染排放、高投入低产出等现象比比皆是,发展节能型循环利用的木材加工企业,形成产业链,实现木材加工利用零废料,减少森林资源的消耗和环境污染势在必行.文章探讨了把循环经济标准化作为推进经济发展模式转变的有效途径从原料到产品以及废弃物回收利用的每一个环节实施减量化、再回收、再利用的技术标准体系.

Abstract: At present,resources and energy are seriously waste scrap,boiler emissions,high input and low output and other signs are everywhere. Development of energy-efficient recycling of wood processing enterprises ,the formation of industrial chain,to achieve zero waste wood processing and utilization,reduce consumption and environmental pollution imperative of forest resources. This paper discusses the technical standard system of promoting the economic development mode transformation from raw materials to products and recycling of waste materials to the product and waste recycling.
