摘要： 独立学院电气工程专业侧重应用型人才的培养，文章介绍了南京航空航天大学金城学院电气工程及其自动化的实践教学体系的建设，通过严格的过程管理，保障了实践教学的有效开展。结果表明，该实践教学体系为培养具有工程创新意识和实践能力的电气工程学科人才提供了有力的保障。

Abstract: The application-oriented electrical engineering talent cultivation is most important in independent colleges. This study introduced the construction of practice teaching system of electrical engineering and automation ,the practice teaching was carried out effectively by strict process management. Results show that this practice teaching system can help to cultivate electrical engineering talents with much more engineering innovation ability and practice ability.
