摘要： 师资队伍是学校发展的核心和关键，高校教师出国留学是高校强化人才建设的重要举措。文章通过对高校教师出国留学的现状及特点的分析，发现了出国留学工作中存在的问题，提出了完善高校教师出国留学管理工作的对策，旨在通过高校教师出国留学，不断提升和推进高校国际化水平，提高高校师资队伍建设。

Abstract: The teaching staff is the core of a school’s development,teachers in colleges study aboard is the significant measure to intensify the talent team construction.Through analyzing the current situation and characteristics of the college teachers’ study abroad,the paper finds out the problems in overseas study,then puts forward some measures to improve the management of overseas studying based on the specific problems.It aims to help to improve the internationalization level of colleges and the teachers' team construction in colleges.
