摘要: 文章探讨了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定15个稀土元素之间的相互干扰,以Ce对Gd的干扰为例,对元素间的干扰作了具体分析,对干扰方程的建立作了具体论述,进而建立了各稀土元素间的干扰校正方程,并用于钨钼矿中的稀土元素的ICP-MS测定,得到了满意结果。

Abstract: The interference correction between 15 rare earth elements by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)was studied. Take the correction of Ce to Gd for example,the concrete analysis was studeid between the two rare earth elements,and the establishment of the interference correction equation was made specefically discussed.Finally,the interference correction equations between 15 rare earth elements were established.On the basis,15 rare earth elements were ditermined by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)and the satisfaction results were obtained.
