大变形下的飞机系统管路预留长度计算

摘要: 飞机系统管路设计时,需要计算机体结构变形导致的管路相对位移。常用的相对位移计算方法为求解计算部位变形前后的距离差,大变形情况下,此方法与实测结果存在较大的偏差。文章通过固支梁的标准算例,对此问题进行计算研究,分析偏差产生的原因,明确大变形下的相对位移计算方法,为工程设计提供支持。

Abstract: The relative displacement of pipe attached to structure is required by the aircraft system piping design. But, the presented method to calculate the displacement would generate error in the case of the large deformation. The standard test problem of a clamped beam based on small defection theory under concentrated load was calculated ,and the displacement and rotation were illustrated to find why the error produced. According to the test data ,calculating the stain integration along the spar was selected to solve this problem.
