摘要： 文章根据科技部火炬中心研究出台的《中国创新驿站管理办法》中的管理类、业务类、标准类标准化体系，结合创新驿站南京市基层站点的功能需求，契合地方实际，明确了创新驿站基层站点管理系统的设计原则、技术选型的依据，为系统的实现提供了必要的理论参考和技术指导。

Abstract: Based on the study of the torch center of ministry of science and technology-including“China innovation relay network management approach”,management class,business class,standard class standardization system, according to the Nanjing innovation system requirements,this paper introduced the main design principles,technical route,and key technical requirements to be followed in the construction of Nanjing innovation relay center system ,to provide reference and necessary technical guidance for the establishment of the system.
