摘要:

技术经理人是技术市场的重要组成部分,是优化科技资源配置、促进科技成果转化和产业化、加快经济结构调整与经济发展方式转变的重要力量。文章总结了技术经理人的发展历程,从职业认同感、知识储备、社交能力、职业道德4个方面介绍了技术经理人应当具备的职业素养,分析了当前阻碍技术经理人发展的五大困境,从熟悉政策、分析需求、寻求成果、点上突破4个角度阐述了如何做好一线技术经理人的工作,为促进技术经理人队伍的快速健康发展提出了具体可行的建议。

Abstract:

Technology brokers are an important part of the technology market, which are important force to optimize the allocation of scientific and technological resources,promote the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, speed up the adjustment of economic structure and the transformation of economic development mode. This paper summarizes the development history of technology brokers, introduces the professional qualities that technical managers should possess from four aspects: career identity, knowledge accumulation, social ability and professional ethics, and then it analyzes the five major dilemmas that hinder the development of technology brokers. Finally, this paper describes how to be a good technology broker from the four aspects: familiarizing with policies, analyzing enterprise needs, seeking technological achievements and breaking through the points and puts forward some concrete and feasible suggestions to promote the rapid and healthy development of the team.
