摘要： 文章阐述了提高职工信息素质在学习型医院建设中的意义，介绍了学习型医院建设背景下提高职工信息素质的策略与做法。

Abstract: This paper briefly describes the significance of improving the information literacy of the staff for the construction of learning hospital,and gives a brief introduction to strategy and practice on enhancing the information literacy of the staff.
