电网继电保护远方操作的工程应用

摘要： 现代电网发展迅速,变电站数量骤增,相应电网运维人员数量的增长却无法完全匹配,带来了电力系统运维工作效率低下等问题.同时,为了充分发挥"调控一体"的技术优势,继电保护装置远方操作的应用推广成为当前重要工作.文章结合220千伏变电站监控及调度系统的技术特点,首次以"双确认"为原则,结合应用需求,阐述了该项技术工程应用情况和相关问题.

Abstract: With the rapid development of grid,the substations number and the growth in maintenance personnel can not completely match,bringing to such problems as the low efficiency.And giving full play to"control one"technology, promoting the application of remote operation of protection devices has become important.Combining the technical characteristics of the 220kV substation monitoring system,this paper,for the first time in principle of"double confirmation",combines application requirements,and describes the application of the technology in engineering and related issues.
