The Survey and Analysis on College Students in Nanjing City in Legal Aid

摘要： 大学生参与法律援助是大学生处理法律实务能力的提升和保护社会弱势群体权益的统一。南京市由于法学院集聚的独特条件，大学生参与法律援助是一个普遍的现象。文章通过对南京市法律援助中心的访谈以及对部分高校法律援助中心的实际调研，对南京市大学生参与法律援助的情况进行了概括，对南京市大学生如何更好地参与法律援助工作提出了建议。

Abstract: College students to participate in legal aid is the the unification of ascension of college students' ability to deal with legal practice and the protection of rights and interests of social vulnerable groups.Nanjing due to agglomeration of law school,the college students to participate in legal aid is a common phenomenon.By interviewing the legal aid center of Nanjing and investigating on some legal aid center of universities ,the general situation of Nanjing university students to participate in legal aid has carried on the summary ,the Nanjing university students how to better participate in legal aid work are proposed.
