浅议灌河堤北穿堤涵洞工程土方填筑质量控制

摘要: 长茂段灌河堤北穿堤涵洞工程是通榆河北延送水工程的影响工程,因北延工程的建设破坏了长茂镇的农田系而增设的北涵工程,也是事关灌河堤防汛大计的重要建筑物工程。该工程主体建筑物为3级,防洪标准按20年一遇洪水设计。工程为1孔钢筋砼箱形结构,孔宽2m,高2m,底板面高程-1.0m,设计流量4m3/s,共3节,总长24m。作为灌河二级堤防的工程,灌河堤防、建筑物墙后填筑土方填筑质量尤为关键。文章结合施工过程中具体做法谈谈土方填筑质量控制。

Abstract: Chang Mao paragraph irrigation riverbank in the north wear embankment culvert is Hebei Tongyu extension to send water engineering of the project, because North Extension Project Construction destroys the long Chang Mao farmland system and increase the north culvert project, is also a matter of filling the embankment flood control plan of important buildings. The main building for the 3 level, the flood control standard of the design according to the 20 year flood. Project 1 hole of reinforced concrete box structure, hole 2m wide and 2m high, floor elevation -1.0m. The design flow 4m3/s, consists of three sections, length of 24m. As the two river irrigation dike engineering, irrigation, river levee wall of the building after the filling of earth filling quality is the key. In this paper, combined with the specific practice in the construction process on earth filling quality control.
