苏北地区循环经济区产业规划与系统柔性分析--以徐州市贾汪区为例

摘要： 循环经济是我国经济社会发展的一项重大战略。苏北地区的经济发展滞后已经严重制约了江苏整体经济的发展，成为江苏经济进一步发展的瓶颈。在苏北地区发展产业结构优化与产业链提升，为循环经济建设提供必要的基础保障，对江苏整体经济的发展具有较为重要的意义。文章以徐州市贾汪区为例，对其循环经济区进行产业规划，并对循环经济产业系统进行柔性分析，为苏北地区循环经济的发展提供参考。

Abstract: Recycling economy is a major strategy of economic and social development. The economic development of northern Jiangsu area has seriously restricted the overall economic development of Jiangsu and has become a bottleneck for the further development of Jiangsu's economy. Development of the industrial structure optimization and upgrading the industrial chain in the north area of Jiangsu province has provided the necessary basis for the protection of circular economy,and has more important significance of the overall economic development in Jiangsu. This article takes Jiawang district in Xuzhou as the subject and conducts industrial planning of the recycling economic zone and the flexibility analysis of the circular economy industrial system. It provides a reference for the development for the development of recycling economy in northern region of Jiangsu province.
