摘要： 文章通过选择宏观经济指标与房地产股票价格指数数据，运用回归分析方法，就宏观因素对房地产股票价格的影响情况进行了实证分析，得出了固定资产投资、居民消费价格指数和金融机构人民币贷款基准利率3个宏观经济指标对房地产股票价格指数有显著的影响的结论，为投资者投资房地产行业股票提供一定的决策参考。

Abstract: The author has chosen the macro economic index and the stock price index of the real estate to empirically analyze the macro factors on the stock price of the real estate by regression analysis. What we have got from the study is that three macro economic indices(fixed investment, CPI and RMB benchmark deposit interest rates of financial in?stitutions)have obvious influence on the stock price index of the real estate,which can serve a certain barometer for in?vestors to invest in the real estate stock .
