不同工况下陶粒吸附相变石蜡试验研究

Experimental study on the quality of paraffin wax adsorbed by ceramsite under different working conditions

摘要:

文章以粉煤灰陶粒、58#固体石蜡为试验材料,在负压1.5 MPa和自然常压两种环境下分别测试,每种吸附方式均按照0.5 h,1 h,2 h 3种工况试验,结果显示:在负压工况下,延长吸附时间对吸附量基本没有影响,常压吸附法延长时间可以增大吸附量,负压吸附法具有显著优势。

Abstract:

With fly ash ceramsite and 58# solid paraffin as test materials, the negative pressure of 1.5 MPa and natural atmospheric environment test respectively, each adsorption method is in accordance with the 0.5 hour, 1 hour, 2 hours working condition of three kinds of test. The results show that under the negative pressure condition, the extension of adsorption time basic has no effect on the adsorption quantity, atmospheric adsorption method to extend the time can increase the adsorption quantity, negative pressure adsorption method has significant advantages.
