摘要:

随着我国“智能制造2025”计划的推进,自动化改造作为智能制造的基础,受到极大推广。文章以小型化纤油剂调配为背景,采用三菱FX3U-64MR型号PLC为主体进行自动化改造,利用K型热电偶、磁性液位装置等对系统状态进行检测,将信号传输到PLC模拟量模块,通过使用PLC控制阀门开合对油剂系统中调配槽、储液槽、温度、液位等被控量进行控制,不仅提高了纺丝化纤油剂调配系统的精确度,还兼具可靠和高效性。

Abstract:

With the advancement of “intelligent manufacturing 2025” plan, automation transformation has been greatly promoted. In this paper, FX3U-64MR PLC was used for the automatic transformation of spinning fiber oil-blended system, and K-Thermocouple and magnetic liquid level device were used for detection. By using PLC to operate the opening and closing of valves to control multiple parameters, the accuracy, reliability and efficiency of the system can be improved.
