无人机倾斜摄影技术在乡村三维规划中的应用研究

Application of UAV tilt photography in rural 3D planning

摘要: 乡村振兴,规划先行。文章指出,乡村规划需要大量的测绘地理信息数据做支撑,传统的测绘手段受地形、产品精度等因素的制约,不适合应用在乡村规划中。无人机航测技术具有成本低,精度高,效率高,现势性强等诸多优点,成为现状获取阶段的新宠技术。无人机通过外业航飞得到影像数据,影像数据经过专业航测软件处理后能够生成数字正射影像(DOM)、数字高程模型(DEM)、数字地形图(DLG)、数字表面模型(DSM)等新型测绘产品,为乡村规划提供数据基础。同时,还能够生成乡村实景三维模型,在三维模型上直接进行规划设计,能够保证规划的科学性、合理性和群众参与性。

Abstract: Rural revitalization is preceded by planning. Rural planning requires a large number of surveying and mapping geographic information data as support. Traditional surveying and mapping means are restricted by terrain,product accuracy and other factors,are seldom applied in rural planning area relatively.UAV aerial survey technology has become a new favorite in the data acquisition stage of rural planning due to its advantages of low cost,high product precision,high efficiency and strong current situation. UAV obtains image data through flight,which can generate digital orthophoto mapping,digital elevation model,digital topographic map,digital surface model and other new surveying and mapping products after processing by professional software,providing basis data for rural planning. At the same time,the processed low-altitude remote sensing image data can also generate a three-dimensional model of rural real scene. Planning and design can be carried out directly on the 3D model,which can ensure the scientificity,rationality and the crowd participation of planning.
