摘要： 随着国家一系列相关医疗改革措施的实施，第三方付费制度被引入到医疗卫生体系中，这使得医院与患者之间的医疗信息更加复杂，进而出现信息不对称现象，这给现代化医院管理提出了新的挑战。文章通过对医疗信息不对称的影响及表现形式进行分析，对信息不对称条件下的医院管理工作进行理论与实践研究。

Abstract: With the implementation of a series of measures related to health care reform ,a third-party payment system to be introduced into the health care system ,which makes medical information between hospitals and patients is more complex,then there appeared information asymmetry,which gave the modern hospital managementIt presents new challenges. Based on the medical information asymmetry and the manifestations of the impact of the analysis, theory and practice of information on hospital management under unequal conditions.
