摘要： 企业创新驱动发展战略是贯彻落实党的十八大精神的必然要求，也是着眼全局、立足发展阶段的现实选择。文章通过对科技创新管理平台构建与实施的研究及管理理念的基本阐述，分析了一体化管理平台对科技工作基础性、战略性的支撑作用，对集成与整合内、外部创新资源，完善技术链条，建立核心体系的指导意义，同时也进一步探讨了平台构建在助推当代企业突破科研技术瓶颈、打通管理运营经络、促进研发能力落地与转化实现中的深远价值。

Abstract: Innovation-driven development strategy is the implementation of the party's 18 the spirit of the requirement,is also looking at global choice,based on the stage of development.This paper described the construction and implementation of scientific and technological innovation management platform.Analysis of the integrated management platform for science and technology work and strategic support was presented.The method to breakthrough scientific research platform-booster technology of contemporary business was discussed.
