摘要：

网络信息时代的到来给基层科技情报研究带来了空前的挑战和机遇。信息时代给科技情报研究带来了丰富的信息,学科之间的融合日益紧密。这就迫切地要求科技情报研究人员也要不断提高自身的综合素质才能更好地提供高质量的科技情报产品。文章对网络信息时代基层科技情报工作进行了探究。

Abstract:

The arrival of the network information age has brought unprecedented challenges and opportunities to the scientific and technological intelligence research. Abundant information has been brought to the scientific and technical intelligence research, and the integration of different disciplines has become more and more close. Therefore, it is urgent for intelligence researchers to improve their comprehensive quality constantly so as to provide high-quality scientific and technical intelligence works. This paper explores the grass roots level intelligence work at the network information times.
