摘要： 文章通过对我国制鞋企业频遭国外反倾销的现状和影响的介绍，分析了国外对华反倾销的原因，从企业、行业协会和政府三个角度提出应对的策略。

Abstract: Through introduction of our shoe-making enterprises frequently foreign anti-dumping status and influence, analyzed the reasons of foreign anti-dumping against China ,and put forward coping strategies.
