摘要： 文章在对AHP综合评价方法及步骤进行介绍的基础上，通过文献研究和专家访谈，从科技创新、企业孵化、高层次人才集聚和创新创业人才培养、高技术产业集聚、园区的服务与运营五个方面对太仓大学科技园绩效进行评价，并对每个构面及重要指标的权重进行了介绍与分析。

Abstract: Based on introducing the AHP comprehensive evaluation methods and procedures,and through literature research and interviews with experts,this paper evaluates Taicang university science and technology park performance from five aspects which include the scientific and technological innovation,business incubators,high-level talented personnel agglomeration and entrepreneurship training,high-tech industry cluster,the park service and operation,then introduces and analyzes the weight of each facet and the weight of the important indicator.
