太仓大学科技园人才项目发展情况分析

摘要： 人才与发展相辅相成，在我国经济发展进入新常态的大背景下，太仓大学科技园对园区人才项目发展情况进行了调研，文章根据调研结果充分分析、研究了太仓大学科技园人才项目发展现状，提出“十三五”期间大学科技园人才工作的主要预期目标，并对下一步主要工作提出如下建议：一是要坚持产业集群战略，为人才项目引进营造良好氛围；二是要发挥高校资源优势，为人才项目培养给予有力支撑；三是要强化后期跟踪服务，为人才项目产业化提供全面保障。

Abstract: Talents and developments support each other. China’s economic development has entered a new normal status, Taicang University Science and Technology Park carries out an investigation about the development of talent project in the park. According to the research results, this paper analyzes the developments of Taicang University Science and Technology Park talent project puts forward the main goals in the “13th Five-Year” period and puts forward the following suggestions on the main work of the next stage: first suggestion is to adhere to the strategy of industrial cluster to create a good atmosphere for talent introduction;second suggestion is to make full use of resource advantages of colleges and universities, to give strong support to talent training; third suggestion is to strengthen the later tracking service to provide comprehensive protection and guarantee for talent project industrialization.
