大学科技园内创新型企业发展过程中的问题及策略分析

摘要： 当今世界，科技创新一直是现代社会未来发展的中坚力量。科学技术的飞速发展，创新理念的突飞猛进，尤其是创新型企业的发展潜力与创造活力，对大学科技园的建设与发展有着深远的意义。然而，创新型企业在初期往往会遇到较大的挑战与困难，许多企业在这一阶段倒下。文章在苏州大学科技园建设历程的基础上，指出园内创新型企业在企业发展阶段中存在的若干问题，并结合多家与苏州大学相关的企业经营中遇到的实例，总结出一些对大学科技园建设及园内企业发展有重大意义的成功经验与对策。

Abstract: Nowadays, scientific and technological innovation is always the backbone of the future development of the modern society. The rapid development of science and technology, the fast growth of innovation ideas, especially the potential and vitality of innovative enterprises, has the far-reaching significance to the construction and development of University Science Park. However, in the initial stage, innovative enterprises often encounter great challenges and difficulties, some of them fail. Based on the construction process of Soochow University Science Park, this article points out some problems in the development process of innovative enterprises, combines with the cases what Soochow University related enterprises met, and summarizes some successful experience and strategies which have great significance to the construction of Soochow University Science Park and the development of the enterprises in the park.
