摘要: 大型民机加筋壁板结构参数多,约束函数非线性而且限制因素众多,其优化设计是民机设计中一大难点.文章利用一种具有全局收敛性的优化算法——遗传算法,通过Matlab遗传算法函数对某机型外翼上壁板1~2肋部段结构共153个参数进行了优化,获得了整个肋段加筋壁板重量最小的结构参数,使得整个壁板减重达3.24%,得到优化后的参数后重新计算载荷分配,优化后的壁板仍能满足承载要求,该方法对减重优化工作具有重要的工程意义.

Abstract: The optimum structural design of stiffened panles is one of the most difficult problem in large civil aircraft design for the numerous parameters,nonlinear constrain functions and many restriction factors. This paper proposes a genetic algorithm an optimum algorithm with global convergence characteristics,to optimize the 1~2 rib section of wingbox upper panel. By computation of 153 parameters we have finally arrived at the best structure size with minimum weight,which is up to 3.24%lighter than optimal designed before. The external loads distribution and internal loads of the new structure have been recalculated and checked,which shows that the lighter new panel still meets the strength requirements. This optimum structural design method exhibits great potential in optimization of civil aircraft structures.
