摘要： 2012年11月，南京卫生学校成功申请“国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校”“，学生社团”作为一个特色项目被列入建设计划中。文章探索了社团体系构建、管理模式改革等方面的问题。

Abstract: In November 2012,Nanjing Health School applied for the“reform and development campus school of national secondary vocational education”.The“student’s association”as a featured project,had be included in the plan. This paper explores the issues of building community system and reforming management mode.
