摘要： 随着日益竞争激烈的环境，传统生产制造企业中，如何降低生产成本，提高生产效率，发动员工主观能动性，提升团队绩效，是现阶段企业所关注的。文章主要探讨在生产一线，通过合理的绩效经营管理方法，结合企业实际生产情况，建立一套行之有效的绩效考核模式。

Abstract: As global sustainable development of the increasingly fierce market competition ,the traditional manufacturing industry has entered a meager profit era. Many enterprises have pay attention to how to decrease production cost, raise production rate, drive employees' initiative. The article introduced how to set up an efficient system for team performance in the production line based on the effective performance management with the actual status in the company.
