Abstract: As Government-affiliated institutions’deep reform is ongoing, problems such as how to build teamwork spirit and use it properly have to be thought about during the management. In this thesis, the writer makes a comprehensive analysis on how to build government-affiliated institutions teamwork spirit and use it to promote career development.
