摘要: 为提高当前大学生团队协作能力,文章以项目教学法实施本科教学改革为切入点,根据项目实施中暴露出的各种团队协作矛盾,分析问题的成因并提出了相应对策。经过两轮的教学改革试验,提出的对策提高了学生的团队协作能力,增强了学生的就业能力,学生实践能力和科研素养大大提高,取得了良好的教学效果。本次改革的成果对其他兄弟院校的研究生培养也具有巨大借鉴意义。

Abstract: Mechanical-electrical integration system design is a very important and practical professional basic course of agricultural engineering postgraduate.In order to improve the teaching of the course level and the ability to research for postgraduate based on CDIO (Conceive,Design,Implement,Operate)teaching reform program, a project pedagogy teaching practice was adopted and obtained good teaching achievements based on 2 rounds practice. All the works also can give extensive reference to other local universities.
