基于GIS与Voronoi多边形的包头市市区医疗服务设施可达性分析

摘要：

医疗服务设施可达性是评价医疗设施空间布局是否合理的重要指标。文章采用GIS与Voronoi多边形结合的方法对包头市市区（青山区、昆都仑区、九原区和东河区）已有医疗服务设施可达性进行了分析。结果表明包头市市区内大部分的居民点至最邻近综合医院的距离小于6 km,占总比例的92%,其中距离综合医院3 km以内的居民点为261个,占居民点总数的74%。空间距离的连续分布结果表明,距离综合医院较远的居民区主要分布于包头市市区的东部和西部,分别是东河区的东南部、九原区的东部和西部。研究结果可为包头市市区居民选取最邻近的医疗服务设施提供支持,并对包头市市区医疗服务设施建设规划具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:

The healthcare facility accessibility is an important index to describe and analyze the reasonability of spatial layout of healthcare facilities. The accessibility of existing public healthcare facilities of urban district in Baotou include Qingshan district, Kundulun district, Jiuyuan district and Donghe district, has been analyzed based on GIS and Voronoi polygon. The results show that the distance from the most residential areas in the urban area of Baotou city to the nearest general hospital is less than 6 km, accounting for 92% of the total proportion. Among them, there are 261 residential areas within 3 km from the general hospital, accounting for 74% of the total number of residential areas. The continuous distribution of spatial distances indicates that the residential areas far from the general hospital are mainly distributed in the eastern and western parts of Baotou city, which are the southeast of Donghe district and the eastern and western parts of Jiuyuan district. The research results can provide support for the urban residents in Baotou city to select the nearest neighbor healthcare facilities, and have the certain reference significance for the construction of healthcare facilities in Baotou city.
