摘要： 随着经济的发展与科技的进步，我国的水利工程事业也实现了快速的发展，对水利工程进行全面而又完善的管理工作，是确保水利工程施工质量与效率的重要保障。如何才能在新时代的环境背景下利用新型的GIS技术来提高水利工程管理信息系统的质量，是每一个工程管理人员必须重视和关注的主要问题。文章主要通过对水利工程管理系统中GIS技术的重要性的分析，并对水利工程管理系统GIS技术的现状进行全面的总结，进一步对基于GIS技术的水利工程管理系统研究进行更加深入的探讨。

Abstract: With the development of technology and economy, the water conservancy engineering industry in our country has achieved rapid development, comprehensive and perfect management of water conservancy project is an important guarantee to ensure the quality of water conservancy construction and efficiency. How to improve the quality of management information system of water conservancy project by using the new GIS technology in thebackground of new era, is the main problem of every project management staff must pay attention and concern. This paper mainly analysis the importance through GIS technology in the water conservancy projectmanagement system and summarizes the status of water conservancy projectmanagement system GIS technology analysis comprehensively, further research on water conservancy project management system based on GIS technology for more in-depth discussion.
