摘要： 文章介绍了南京市国土局如何实施基础网络虚拟化和未来南京国土资源本地云的规划建设，提出其在基础设施云服务（IaaS）过程中的云迁移问题。

Abstract: This paper introduces about the implementation of the basic network virtualization, pointing out problems of Nanjing land and resources Infrastructure as a Services (IaaS) in the process of cloud migration issues.
