辅助动力装置安装系统冗余设计研究

摘要: 民用飞机的结构安全性极为重要,APU安装系统可采用静定或超静定系统,超静定系统通常采用冗余设计,能够达到更高的连接安全性。文章根据冗余设计的原理,APU安装系统设计了安装节点冗余和拉杆冗余2种形式,共4个方案,并进行了拉杆受力的对比分析。分析表明:有效的冗余设计能在工作中降低部件的载荷,使得各拉杆受力均匀,并且在遇到部分结构失效时仍能保持系统的可靠连接。

Abstract: Structure safety is very important to civil aircraft. APU mount system can be designed to statically determinate and statically indeterminate system. Redundancy design which is applied in statically indeterminate system can achieve high safety level. According to redundancy design theory, there are two APU mount systems including mount pad redundancy and strut redundancy. Four design proposals has been analyzed. According to analysis result, component force will be low and uniform by efficiency redundancy design, the redundancy system will continue reliability after partial failure.
