摘要： 供电可靠率、电压合格率、综合线损率并列为电网企业的三大核心指标。因此，文章研究的建立一套完整的闭环管理体系是确保电网企业提高供电可靠性的有力保障。

Abstract: The power supply reliability, voltage qualified rate and contributor are classified as three core indicators of power grid enterprises. Therefore, the establishment of a complete set of closed loop control system can ensure that the power grid enterprises enhance the reliability of power supply.
