摘要： 文章根据儿童口腔医生培养的特点，提出需要树立责任意识、合作意识、爱伤意识。有了这三方面的意识培养，儿童口腔医生才有更广阔的发展前景，患病儿童才会身心健康，医疗环境才能更加和谐。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of pediatric dentist,we need to culture the sense of responsibility, cooperation,and the consciousness of love. With these three aspects of awareness training, Chinese pediatric dentists will have a wider development prospects ,meanwhile the sick children will be physically and mentally healthy, finally,medical environment to be harmonious.
