摘要：

文章从我国民办高校师资管理的现状出发,总结了现阶段我国民办高校师资管理所面临的现实困境,针对性地提出了未来我国民办高校师资管理所应采取的发展路径和策略,以期为相关研究和工作开展提供有益参考。

Abstract:

Starting from the current situation of the teacher management of private universities and colleges in China, this paper summarizes the current difficulties faced by the teacher management of private universities and colleges, puts forward the future development path and strategies of teacher management of private universities and colleges in China, in order to provide the useful reference for the related research and work.
