摘要: 技能型人才是人才队伍的重要组成部分,是社会主义现代化建设的生力军。中等职业教育要在培养高素质技能型人才上有所作为,必须改变教育观念,注重学生专业技能和个性特长培养,以就业为导向,以职业道德教育为抓手,以市场需求为原则,深化课程改革,开发校本(企本)教材,加强职业指导,推进校企合作,推进“双师型”教师队伍、专业群建设,注重学生生产实践,提高技能型人才培养的质量。文章对此实践进行了阐述。

Abstract: Skilled talents are an important part of personnel, it is the force in the socialist modernization. Secondary vocational education should cultivate high quality talents, therefore we must change the concept of education, focusing on students’ professional skills and personal skills training, and we also need take professional ethics education as the starting point to deepen the curriculum reform; based on market demand principle, we should develop the school-based (enterprise version) materials, vocational guidance and promote school-enterprise cooperation. Besides, to promote the “double” teachers, to complete professional group construction, to focus on students’ production practices, and to improve the quality of skilled personnel training are also elaborated in this paper.
