摘要： h指数可以作为评价学术期刊的指标和工具。文章比较、分析了温州地区10种学术期刊的h指数，认为该指标可以为期刊的建设发展提供参考信息。

Abstract: H-index can be used as a tool to evaluate academic journals. This paper compares h-index of 10 kinds of academic journals in Wenzhou, and proves that this index can provide reference information for the construction and development of these journals.
