摘要： 在电力工程项目管理当中，文章研究的成本管理是一个重要的管理内容，有利于使施工企业实现经济效益最大化，提高竞争力。在这种情况下，如何对电力工程项目进行成本管理和控制，已经成为施工企业面临的重要问题。

Abstract: In electric power engineering project management ,this paper study on cost management is an important management content,is helpful to make the construction enterprises to achieve maximum economic benefits,improve the competitiveness. In this case ,how the power engineering project cost management and control ,has become the important problem facing the construction enterprise.
