摘要： 文章从塑造独特的企业文化、改进思想政治工作的方式方法、建立和健全强有力的约束和激励机制、提高企业领导干部的综合素质等方面，探讨了提高企业凝聚力的途径，并给出了具体的措施。

Abstract: This paper discusses ways to improve the cohesion of the enterprise ,and gives some concrete measures to improve the cohesion of the enterprise ,and to establish a unique corporate culture ,improve the way of ideological and political work,establish and improve the strong restraint and incentive mechanism.
