摘要： 浸水路基设计在公路中非常重要,是环境保护、路基稳定、造价控制等的重要控制因素.阿尔及利亚东西高速公路浸水路基采用法国规范,具有一定特色.文章依托该工程,介绍了法国浸水路基设计,对国内公路浸水路基设计有一定借鉴意义.

Abstract: The design of water in the roadbed is very important,it is the important control factor of environmental protection,roadbed stability,cost control and so on.Algeria East West Highway soaking roadbed with French norms, with a certain characteristic.Based on this project ,this paper introduces the design of the water in France ,and has a certain reference value for the design of domestic highway.
