3.0T磁共振定量动态增强扫描对乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别研究

摘要: 为探讨3.0T MRI动态对比增强定量参数鉴别乳腺良恶性疾病的诊断价值,文章使用3.0T MRI磁共振动态对比增强扫描,对48例乳腺肿瘤患者分别测量定量血流动力学参数,包括速率常数(Kep)、容量转移常数(Ktrans)和血管外细胞外间隙容积比(Ve)。采用单因素方差分析比较乳腺恶性病变与良性病变的组间差异,绘制受试者特性曲线(ROC)分析良恶性病变的组间差异。结果显示,乳腺恶性病变Ktrans和Kep的值明显高于乳腺良性病变,差异有统计学意义,而Ve值无统计学意义。结果说明,3.0T MRI动态对比增强定量血流动力学参数对乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断及评价更为客观和准确。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the value of 3.0T quantitative parameters of Dynamic Contrast Enhanced MRI (DCE-MRl)in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast,the paper choosed 48 cases of breast cancer patients underwent 3.0T DCE-MRI scanner,all patients were measured quantitatively hemodynamic parameters which including rate constant (Kep),volume transfer constant (Ktrans),extravascular extracellular volume fraction (Ve).One-way ANOVA and receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC)analysis were used for comparing the differences between malignant and benign lesions.The results showes that the values of Ktrans and Kep of malignant breast was significantly higher than that of breast benign lesions ,had statistical significance ,While the value of Ve had no statistical significance.The conclusion is that 3.0T DCE-MRI Quantitative hemodynamic parameters were more objective and accurate in differential diagnosis and evaluation of breast benign and malignant lesions.
