复合材料层压板双剪连接三维失效分析

摘要: 基于三维有限元模型,通过ABAQUS子程序引入考虑剪切非线性的三维Hashin准则和指数材料退化模型,对T800复合材料层压板双剪连接结构的破坏载荷和失效模式进行预测,并与复合材料层压板双剪挤压试验结果进行对比.计算结果表明,文章建立的模型可以很好地模拟复合材料层压板螺栓连接的挤压损伤演化,并与试验中钉孔挤压的破坏载荷和失效模式吻合.

Abstract: Based on 3D finite element model,the non-linear 3D Hashin criteria and exponential degradation model are introduced by ABAQUS User Subroutine,the failure load and mode of double-lap bolt joint for T800 composite laminates are predicted. The results of prediction are also compared with those of test. The comparison shows the model we build can simulate the bearing damage evolution. Meanwhile,the predicted failure load and mode match results of test very well.
