摘要： 文章首先分析了高校图书馆开展阅读推广服务的必要性和存在的问题,提出构建高校图书馆阅读推广常态化机制的现实意义,并重点探讨了构建高校图书馆阅读推广常态化机制的总体思路和具体策略.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems of university library carrying out the reading promotion service.It presents that constructing the normalized reading promotion service mechanism in university library has a realistic significance.It mainly discusses the general idea and detailed strategies.
