摘要： 文章根据《2014年全国科技进步统计监测报告》，通过对各级监测指标位次的变化，分析和总结2014年江苏科技进步监测水平的现状，同时与北京、上海、天津、广东、浙江等六省市进行比较分析，从而为进一步提高江苏省综合科技进步水平提出相关建议。

Abstract: According to “The National Scientific and Technological Progress Monitoring Report of 2014”,based on the monitoring index of change at all levels, the paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of Jiangsu science and technology progress monitoring level in 2014.Compared with Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Guangdong, Zhejiang,the paper puts forward related suggestions to further improve the level of science and technology progress in Jiangsu province.
