天使投资支持科技小微企业发展的机制和对策研究——以镇江市为例

Angel Investment Support the Science and Technology Small and Micro Businesses Development Research:Taking Zhenjiang Area as an Example

摘要： 天使投资作为一种新兴的具有巨大发展潜力的风险投资行为,在未来的经济中将会受到越来越多的重视,它拓宽了中小企业的融资渠道,加速科技成果的转化,可为企业的生存打下坚实的基础.与发达国家相比我国天使投资尚处于探索阶段,文章对镇江天使投资发展分析的基础上提出5点建议,即健全法律体系保障天使投资者的权益,构建覆盖全社会的信用体系,加强对天使投资的宣传和引导,制定税收优惠政策,鼓励公共部门进行担保.试图消除抑制天使投资发展的障碍,促进天使投资的引入和健康发展.

Abstract: Angel investment is one of the important sources of financing of the science and technology Small and micro businesses,which is widely active in developed countries such as the Europe and the United States. Relative to other firms,facing financing more difficult,the Science and technology Small and micro businesses contains high risk of technical and market. The author described and compared briefly at the angel investment data of Zhenjiang city and the overall development of angel investment in china,Five suggestions are put forward to promote the development of angel investment in china,That is a sound legal system to protect the interests of angel investors,covering the whole society credit system construction,strengthen and guide to angel investment promotion,the preferential tax policy, encourage the public sector guarantees.
