以“田间微课堂”开展新型科技培训的模式探索

摘要： 从2012年开始，六合马鞍街道社教中心每年制定了培训方案和计划，构建完整有效的新型农民科技培训工作体系，一方面聘请市、区农科讲师团中实践经验丰富的农业科技人员做培训教师，并结合本地种养殖特色，邀请专家教授来授课；另一方面在传统授课方式的同时，结合农时大胆尝试，分别在农业示范园区或基地、农业企业、农民专业合作社等地方创办“田间课堂”“、农技微课”，讲给农民听，做给农民看，带着农民干，深受农民欢迎，收到了很好的培训效果。

Abstract: Since 2012, we have structured a complete and effective training system of innovative technology for farmers through making training plans, establishing relevant systems and clarifying responsibilities. On the one hand, we have engaged the experienced agricultural scientists among agricultural science lecturers in our city and district as our train?ers and have invited the experts and professors from Jinling Institute of Technology, Yangzhou University and Nanjing Agricultural University to give lessons which combine with local cultivation features. On the other hand, besides these traditional teaching methods, we have tried boldly to found the“Field Classroom”and“Agricultural Technology Micro Class”in the agriculture demonstration parks or bases, agriculture enterprises and farmers’professional cooperatives according to the farming season. By giving lessons to farmers, setting examples for farmers and doing together with farm?ers, we have been greatly welcomed by farmers, which has achieved a wonderful training effect.
